Australian Orders - Standard Post 
Shipped to any destination within Australia for $6.00 (one unit) via Australia Post. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery via this method, remote regions may take longer. If you are not at home when it arrives a card will be placed in your letter box, advising that your order is ready for collection at the local Post Office. Shipped on Tuesday and Thursday. NB: Shipping prices may change at anytime without notice. NOTICE: We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged shipments using Australia Post Standard Post services. Once Australia Post collects the item from us, the risk is now all yours.

Australian Orders - Registered Post (Recommended)
Insure your investment. For an additional $3.30 per order have your shipment sent registered post and insured to the value of $100.00. This means you have to sign for the parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when it arrives a card will be placed in your letter box, advising that your order is ready for collection at the local Post Office. You may need ID to collect it. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery via this method, remote regions may take longer. Shipped on Tuesday and Thursday. NB: Shipping prices may change at anytime without notice.

Australian Orders - Express Post
If you require urgent shipping we can ship your order via Express Post. This method costs $12.00 for one to four units and your order will arrive within 4 business days. If you are not at home when it arrives a card will be placed in your letter box, advising that your order is ready for collection at the local Post Office. Shipped on Tuesday and Thursday. NB: Shipping prices may change at anytime without notice. NOTICE: We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged shipments using Australia Post Express Post services. Once Australia Post collects the item from us, the risk is now all yours.

Australian Orders - Road Courier (Recommended)
Door to door road courier service via Couriers Please - shipped daily and fully insured. NOTE: This service does not cover regional areas away from large centres. If this method is selected and you are outside the delivery area the shipping will default to Australia Post Standard Post when we process your order. This courier service costs $11.00 for one to five units, is fully tracked and insured plus your order will generally arrive within 10 business days. If you are not at home a re-delivery notice will be left so you will need to contact the courier and arrange another time for re-delivery. You can give "Authotity to Leave" if you are not home by listing where you would like the parcel left. Just note this information in the comments box when placing your online order, however we do recommend that you are at home to receive the delivery. International Orders
All orders are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday. To reduce the risk of lost or damaged orders Train Pictures ships all international (outside Australia) orders via Airmail. It is also possible that your order will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages shipped. See customs information below for more details.

International Shipping 
Standard shipping is via International Airmail and is charged at $9.00 to NZ and $15.00 ROW for a single unit. Please allow 28 days for delivery via this method. Shipped on Tuesday and Thursday. NB: Shipping prices are subject change at anytime without notice and the price charged to certain regions may be higher than that indicated on the online order form. Use this pricing as a guide only.

Customs & Currency Information for International Orders
There is no GST payable on international orders (GST = 1/11th of AU RRP). Our shopping Cart only shows the AU pricing - however when your credit card is charged the GST is removed. If your in any doubt about calculating the price please drop us a line via phone or send an e-mail. It is possible that you will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment from Train Pictures reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Train Pictures has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when placing an order from Train Pictures, you are considered an importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For example an order from Train Pictures will list the packages contents as DVD-Videos and their price as RRP in AUD.
