RETURNS POLICY
All claims must be made within 14 days of invoice for AU customers, at our discretion for OS customers. After this period the goods are considered received in good order and condition and no further claims can be made. We do not offer a refund if you have decided that after watching the title you do not like it - for any reason. We also do not offer a refund if you don't like the media format... please read the product specifications and select carefully. We will refund or exchange or offer a credit (at our discretion) if you receive incorrect or defective merchandise due to a manufacturing fault. Please return the item with a copy of the invoice and be sure to indicate the reason for your return and include the original order / invoice number and we will send you a replacement. We will credit up to $10.00 (at our discretion) for return shipping if we have sent you a product in error. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments. If a product arrives damaged we will replace it for you, unp to the value of $100.00AUD, only if the original order was shipped via Express or Registered Post. We do not take responsibility for damages using the standard Australia Post service… the risk is all yours. Please allow up to 4 weeks (longer for customers outside Australia) for returns to be processed. If a refund is given we will notify you via email. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, only the value of the product. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment (either credit card, cheque or money order) originally used. For a refund the merchandise must be in original condition. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Mail order we accept personal check, money order and credit card. International mail order we accept check or money orders drawn on an Australiian bank and credit card. For secure on-line payments we accept credit card. Cards accepted are VISA and MASTER CARD.
