RETURNS POLICY
You may return any part of an order to Train Pictures with in 14 days of receipt. Use the return address included with your order. Be sure to indicate the reason for your return and iinclude the original order/invoice number. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only iif the return is a result of our error. If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please return it and we will send you a replacement. We will credit up to $10.00 for return shipping if Train Pictures has sent you a product in error or if it is defective. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments. If a video cassette case arrives cracked or damaged, please contact us and will be happy to mail you a replacement case. Please allow up to 4 weeks (longer for customers outside Australia) for returns to be processed. We will notify you via email of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment (either credit card, cheque or money order) originally used. For a refund the merchandise must be in original condition. Faulty merchandise will be replaced by a new product. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for llost returns.
